About the role
Are you an excellent candidate prepared to take on the challenge of being Internal Communications Coordinator - Imperial Experience?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a communications professional with the skill and enthusiasm to support the improvement of our student communications channels. You will help drive engagement, demonstrate best practice, and be a trusted source of knowledge on student communications within the team.
This role is available for a period of approximately 12 months, during the current post-holder’s maternity leave.
What you would be doing
Working within the Internal Communications team, part of the wider Communications Division, you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal communication products to support our Imperial Experience programme, during the current post-holder’s maternity leave.
The Internal Communications Coordinator’s work will support Imperial’s wider internal communications strategy. Through managing regular communications with staff and students, your objectives would be to facilitate student and staff engagement, build a sense of community, and use Imperial’s channels to share information from its leadership and central divisions.
This remains a relatively new role, established to enhance the coordination and communication for all students, with a focus on supporting students (of all types) as they join and progress through Imperial to graduation and beyond, reflecting all our provision and locations, including providing a range support for the annual Welcome events.
