We have an exciting opportunity for a Building & Property Data Manager to join our growing Space & Asset Management Team at Reading.
Why this role stands out
This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the University’s Estates function, offering the opportunity to shape how building and property data is managed, integrated, and used to drive strategic decision-making. You’ll be confident leading cross-functional teams and managing complex systems integrations, with a strong understanding of platforms such as CAFM, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Power BI. You’ll be a natural collaborator, able to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders, and bring forward innovative solutions that support the University’s long-term goals.
