About the Role
The Community Based Medical Education (CBME) Officer roles sits within the Institute of Health Sciences Education (IHSE). The purpose of the job is to manage the early years (years 1 &2) teaching administration (approximately 800 students) which includes GP placements and online modules. The role will also coordinate the recruitment and allocation of approximately 100 Central Tutors for years 1-5 across the MBBS Programme, covering over 1,500 teaching sessions.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working in Higher Education (HE) and a good understanding of the HE administrative cycle and related issues. This role provides important support to key processes within CBME, so you will be able to work both independently and collaboratively. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of strong communication with a range of stakeholders
