  • You will help develop and maintain internal guidance and training materials, ensuring that staff across the University understand their responsibilities and have the tools they need to meet them.

This is a varied and impactful role that combines regulatory expertise, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-changing policy environment.

  • You will have experience working with large datasets, a meticulous eye for detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving anomalies.
  • You will be a clear and diplomatic communicator, capable of explaining intricate rules to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively across teams.
  • You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, balancing urgent casework with long-term projects and policy development. If you are analytical, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement in a regulatory environment, we would love to hear from you.
