1.0FTE, 37 hours per week. The role will be based out our Oxstall Campus but there will be an expectation to be to work at any University Campus, across Cheltenham and Gloucester. The university does have an agile working policy and there would be an expectation to be on campus at least 3 days a week.

We’re looking for a Web & UX Manager to shape and steer the next chapter of www.glos.ac.uk - someone who can balance technical know-how with creative flair, and strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
We’re proud of our website and ambitious about the future. You’ll shape and deliver our website strategy, working with colleagues across UoG - from senior leaders and technical experts - to understand needs, spark ideas and deliver solutions.
You’ll have an innovative approach and be passionate about technology – keeping our website fresh, accessible and ahead of the curve. You’ll embrace AI and emerging tech to improve the user experience and meet our objectives.
As well as driving projects, you’ll inspire and manage a talented team of Web & UX Officers, prioritising work effectively to maximise impact and deliver results. You’ll also manage the relationship with our external website development agency, providing clear direction and coordinating the successful delivery of new website developments.
