The Role
Are you an organised professional with a passion for higher education and driven to make a difference in student recruitment? Join Kingston University’s dynamic Student Recruitment and Marketing team as a Student Recruitment Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the journey of future students.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful UK recruitment and conversion activities -from building relationships with schools and colleges to coordinating engaging events and CRM communications. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on maximising lead generation and applicant conversion, helping Kingston University meet its strategic recruitment goals.
The Person
We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Directorate
The Students Directorate aims to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all current and future students to ensure they are “sought after” through supporting their participation, attainment, and success. This in turn will create a culture of high performance that is inclusive, innovative, ambitious and enterprising.
The Student Recruitment and Admissions team is responsible for attracting and enrolling students, managing the full admissions journey, and promoting the University through outreach, marketing, and events.
