The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Advisor to join UAL Online, an exciting new initiative delivering UAL’s world-class creative degrees to students across the globe.
The role focuses on attracting and enrolling students into online courses while providing clear, informed guidance throughout their application journey. It involves managing a portfolio of prospective students through a consultative sales approach, aligning their ambitions with the right course and maintaining high standards of accuracy and engagement.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, meeting conversion targets, and contributing insights to UAL Online’s wider marketing and recruitment strategy. As one of the first members of this growing team, you will help shape how UAL Online engages global learners and expands access to creative education worldwide.

About you
You will bring experience from a consultative or relationship-based sales environment, with a strong understanding of lead management, conversion techniques and CRM systems. Confidence in managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and working effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential.
Clear, inclusive communication is key to the role, with the ability to engage a diverse, international audience across phone, email and live chat. The post requires a commercially aware approach that combines empathy, professionalism and accountability to deliver excellent applicant experiences while achieving recruitment targets.
