Are you a motivated and skilled individual who can support the delivery of IT solutions? Would you like to join a Business Analyst team that supports change and IT development in a complex organisation? Do you want to be part of a national network supporting the delivery of health and care research across England?
We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to join the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Research Delivery Network (RDN) Coordinating Centre (CC) to work on IT changes that underpin critical organisational systems and processes.
As an Associate Business Analyst you will support product managers, business representatives, end-users and technical teams within the organisation and the wider NIHR Infrastructure to deliver systems that support effective and efficient business processes and align with NIHR RDN Strategy.
You will have the ability to solve problems, be an effective communicator with experience of engaging with a diverse range of people. You will also have the ability to prioritise your own workload, managing conflicting demands on your time.
This role will be based in the RDNCC office on Queen Street, Leeds. We work in a hybrid way with an expectation that all RDNCC staff spend at least 40% of their time office. We are also open to discussing other flexible working arrangements.
