Salford Business School is looking to recruit 0.2 FTE Chairs in any business school discipline, to join our growing community to lead and effect real-world change through academic excellence and interdisciplinary research leadership. Reporting directly to the PVC Dean, the Chair in Business & Management represents one of several positions aimed at building a powerful interdisciplinary research team where capacity building and mentorship will be a critical part of your role. Our research is transforming how we teach. We equip our students with critical transferable skills, developed using cutting-edge digital learning and carbon literacy tools, mobilised in active-blended-learning pedagogies, designed to position our students as future leaders and collaborators of choice. Our Centre for Sustainable Innovation (CSI) catalyses knowledge exchange and collaborative research initiatives between scholars, policymakers, and industry, empowering sustainable business transformations and positioning SBS in the top 5 for small and medium size enterprise (SMEs) engagement (HESA ranking 2024).
