About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Ticketing and CRM Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Spektrix ticketing and CRM system and associated tools, for in-house and partner events ensuring a seamless, data-informed experience for audiences and internal teams alike.
Working closely with Marketing, Development and FOH teams, the postholder will hold the primary relationship with Spektrix and ensure that the Schwarzman Centre gains maximum operational and audience benefit from its use and will be central to establishing the operational and audience infrastructure of the venue. You’ll be integral to the implementation and management of Spektrix, including ticketing configurations, CRM workflows, system integrations, and reporting protocols. Working cross-departmentally, you’ll ensure our systems support customer journeys, revenue growth, and organizational insight from day one.
The Schwarzman Centre is the University of Oxford’s new flagship building for the Humanities, bringing together teaching, research, and public engagement in a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary space. For the first time, seven Humanities faculties will share a single home alongside cultural venues, performance spaces, and a world-class public programme.
About you
You will have direct experience implementing and managing Spektrix in an arts or live events setting along with in-depth knowledge of ticketing operations, CRM strategy, and system administration. With a strong grasp of GDPR you will have a keen eye for detail and excellent data handling skills.
Familiarity with Dotdigital, fundraising CRM modules, and web integration via Spektrix APIs or web components is essential, and you’ll need to be confident in the use of reporting tools, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking. You’ll be a strong communicator with proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver training.
