About the Role
This role sits within the Faculty Student Experience Team and is the first point of contact for all student support queries for taught programme students in their cluster, handling enquiries relating to extenuating circumstances, student withdrawal/interruptions, student support, and escalating to appropriate team members when required. The post holder is expected to respond courteously and professionally to enquiries in person, by email, through AskQM and by phone. The post holder will also be expected to provide a wide range of support to the Student Experience Team within the Faculty.
About You
The ideal candidate for this Student Support Administrator role will be highly organised, proactive, with strong communication skills for handling student support queries across both in writing and face-to-face. They will assist with administrative tasks related to extenuating circumstances and engagement monitoring. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive student experience. Experience in academic administration is essential.
