100x is a world-leading impact initiative based in the Marshall Institute at the London School of Economics, with a mission to scale social innovations that can positively impact the lives of hundreds of millions of people. 100x supports and learns from the most promising and scalable social ventures tackling the world’s most pressing social problems, spanning health, climate change, social inequality, and more.
The Operations Associate is responsible for providing high-level administration to the 100x team, particularly the Head of Operations. The role involves budget management and regular use of the LSE Finance System, as well as supporting the planning and organising of high-level meetings and maintaining smooth operation of 100x office space.
Candidates should have experience providing high-quality operational and administrative support, including meeting coordination, reconciling expenses on behalf of senior leadership, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. They should also have strong organisational skills, including the ability to plan ahead, coordinate inputs, and keep accurate records, as well as a demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
