HR Partner/Senior HR Partner

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources team at the University as HR Partner or Senior HR Partner.

As an HR Partner/Senior HR Partner, you will work in a team of seven HR Partners and be highly driven to provide a comprehensive human resources support service to staff and managers. You will be allocated a specific client group to support which will include Professional Services and Academic staff. You will act as a strategic partner to your client group as well as being able to respond to urgent matters using your expert knowledge.

We are seeking applications from individuals who are CIPD qualified with demonstrable experience working within a HR Partner role. 

For HR Partner you should have extensive advisory experience in an HR generalist role. Please refer to the full person specification for further details.

For Senior HR Partner salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 7,  £46,735 - £55,755 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience. For HR Partner salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 6,  £38,249 - £45,413 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
