The Role
Reporting to the International Marketing and Conversion Manager, this position provides proactive and high-quality administrative support to the International Recruitment Team.
The team oversees international admissions, marketing, conversion, and recruitment, including policies related to international students. The postholder will support these activities through efficient administrative and operational coordination, with particular responsibility for finance and customer service functions. The role contributes to improved efficiency, an enhanced applicant experience, and the team’s success in attracting and engaging international students.
The postholder will work flexibly across the wider Marketing, Student Recruitment and Events team, supporting shared objectives and events. Some evening and weekend work may be required, and a flexible, co-operative approach is essential.
The Person
You will have experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the service sector, with proven cultural awareness and strong customer care skills. Highly organised and detail-focused, you will manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated and methodical, you will demonstrate flexibility and balance administrative duties with excellent customer service to support the International Recruitment Team.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University forms a large department within the Student Directorate encompassing recruitment and admissions across home and overseas students.
It provides a strategic, operational and advisory service for the University on all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, student admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing as well as international development, visa and immigration advice, events and graduation services. Together we are committed to widening access and improving customer service across the entire applicant journey.
