Operations - Cleaning
Cleaner – Permanent Position (8 - 25.5 hours)
The Students’ Union supports over 28,000 students who make up the diverse and vibrant student body at Queen Mary University of London.
This position will involve the undertaking of cleaning duties in and around the Students Union commercial and non-commercial buildings, which will include cleaning and the disposal of waste and recycling as directed by the Assistant Cleaning/Maintenance Manager or the Cleaning Supervisor.
QMSU are looking for self-motivated cleaners who have good attention to detail and must be able to work to a high standard on your own and as well as a part of a team. Punctuality, reliability and trustworthiness are all essential criteria for this role.
The post is with fixed permanent hours. This is a part-time (8-25.5 hours per week), permanent position. The starting salary will be £27,340 per annum pro-rata, inclusive of the London allowance, with annual raises by one point as set out in the QMUL Pay and Grading Structure.
