Description of Post
The Postdoctoral Researcher will play a pivotal role in supporting the Faculty of Business to achieve the University’s strategic research and engagement objectives, with a particular focus on advancing the IDEAS Postgraduate Researcher Training Programme (IDEAS PRTP). This role involves conducting original research related to remote and hybrid working, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and grant applications, and participating in research support initiatives across the University. The Postdoctoral Researcher will collaborate closely with academic staff and partners and will be assigned clear targets for research outputs and stakeholder engagement. This position is expected to make a significant contribution to the research, development, and impact activities aligned with the objectives of the IDEAS PRTP (104755-atu-research-office-brochure-ideas-faa.pdf).
