Background
Supporting the Apprenticeship Hub, you will provide support to School admissions and apprenticeship teams. Manage and update the LMS and report weekly to Head of Apprenticeships on the status of students and administrators in the system. Maintaining close relationships with designated schools in weekly meetings and producing Employer reports on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities
You will support internal quality assurance activity for End Point Assessment (EPA), ILR and compliance documents; support and monitor reports: Data Claim Error reports and funding reports to ensure data has been processed correctly.
Working with City St Georges colleagues, you will maintain processes to capture changes in apprentice records and maintain the quality of data held.
Person Specification
You will have experience of working within a complex/multi-tiered work environment, with understanding of student enrollment and support. You will also need an understanding of apprenticeship systems such as the Apprenticeship Service or APTEM, although full training will be given. You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
