We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our Quality Assurance and Policy Team (within the Centre for Quality Support and Development) on a fixed-term basis of nine months. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into key quality assurance processes at the University.

You will focus on producing accurate module descriptions and supporting the module evaluation process. You will work with colleagues across the Quality Assurance and Policy Team and the wider University. From time to time you will be working with colleagues in other areas of Quality Assurance and Policy to deliver the team’s wider objectives.

You will have:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, while maintaining a clear perspective on a larger context
  • Excellent communication skills (both orally and in writing)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills (including in Microsoft Office packages and an aptitude for learning new packages/systems)
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently with large volumes of data
  • Understanding of the principle of quality assurance and enhancement
  • Strong collegial ethos and flexible attitude to work
