About the Role
The post holder will work as part of the team responsible for research management and governance for Stage 1 and Stage 2 Genes & Health studies and will lead on quality assurance ensuring that the studies are conducted in compliance with the protocol, overall study objectives, ICH GCP, Genes & Health and QMUL SOPs and are run according to agreed timelines.
About You
You will be educated to a first degree (or equivalent) with excellent knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant. Experience of study set-up to ensure setting up of Stage 1 new recruiting sites, conduct sites assessments and provide training. Experience of study management is essential.
About the School/Department/Institute/Project
The Blizard Institute was established in 2003 and is one of six Institutes within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, QMUL. The Institute comprises approximately 360 staff based in four academic Centres and one Public Engagement Centre, and supports a combined total of c700 postgraduate research and taught students. The Institute aims to deliver excellence in all aspects of research, teaching and clinical service.
