The People Communications Partner plays a key role in delivering and supporting communications and people storytelling that reflects employees both as audience and as featured content within a people-first University.
Driving purpose, belonging, culture and engagement through communications approaches, the post holder will help to challenge thinking and perceptions through the people lens to ensure hearts and minds are understood, earned and on board.
Based in People & Culture and working closely with the Employee Experience and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion teams, People Communications is also integral to the wider marketing matrix and supports directorates right across the University.

- ABOUT YOU -
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent level 6 qualification.
- Substantial professional experience in communications, including planning, content creation, and people storytelling in a multi-channel environment.
- Demonstrable evidence of confidence and fluency in creating and curating digital communications on owned channels such as web destinations, intranet, outbound, and internal social networks.
- Experience of developing and delivering communications linked to at least two of the following people-related priorities: organisational change/transformation, wellbeing, learning and development, reward and recognition, or employee/customer value propositions.
