The role
The Digital Library Assistant works with colleagues across the Library to preserve, manage and make available online the Library’s digital collections. The main duties and responsibilities of the post focus on the description and management of the Library’s extensive and varied digital collections. They will also have experience of contributing to a team and an ability to communicate well with a wide range of stakeholders.
We welcome applications from candidates with a background in archives, digital assets management, as well as library and information professionals interested in working with digital collections.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities. Regular on campus working will be required to fulfil the duties of the role.
