We are inviting applications for the full-time, fixed-term post of Clinical Skills Educator. The post holder will be based at the Clinical Skills Centre (CSC) (50% FTE) and Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust (DBTH) (50% FTE). You will be expected to work alongside staff from the CSC as well as those involved in the coordination and teaching of our healthcare programmes (including nursing).
We are looking for a person with an interest in developing the use of state of the art simulation based technology to enhance the delivery of clinical skills teaching, patient encounters and assessments. A key part of the role is to work alongside the Clinical Skills Lead in the development and delivery of high-quality simulation and clinical skills in pre-registration programmes. A knowledge of the use of simulation permitted within pre-registration nursing programmes would be an advantage.
