The Study Abroad Coordinator has responsibility for all incoming study abroad student procedures and will work especially closely with students from the US, Australia and the Far East with particular emphasis on our relationship with the University of Arizona. In addition to the student-facing responsibilities of the role, the postholder will also serve as an important liaison between the various departments within St Mary’s and UA Global, the international arm of the University of Arizona. The role is based on our campus in south west London.

The successful candidate will have a range of sound administrative and organisational skills including attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and excellent IT skills. You will also be an effective communicator with the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will have the ability to acquire and develop relevant knowledge of the international partnerships and a willingness to contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the team. Furthermore, you will have a good understanding on the UK higher education sector and be an enthusiastic advocate for the life changing opportunities that studying abroad brings.
