The University of Bath is seeking a dynamic Deputy Head of International Student Recruitment to help shape and deliver our global recruitment strategy and drive growth in new and emerging markets.
As one of three Deputy Heads, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering Bath’s international recruitment objectives. You’ll lead a talented regional recruitment team, manage key external partnerships, and develop innovative market plans that strengthen our global presence. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will influence strategic decisions and help diversify our student community.

This is a full-time, permanent position and there is an expectation that you will commit to working on campus 1-2 days per week to attend meetings and support visits, including Wednesday each week as the regular on campus working day for the whole International student Recruitment team. A valid passport is also required with no travel restrictions as you will be required to travel globally.
A DBS check will be required for this role.
