The division is also responsible for student statutory reporting to external stakeholders (e.g. HESA, OfS, GMC). There is a close working relationship between Student Operations and SRS Education Services as well as with the Office of the Vice-Provost (Education & Student Experience). The Timetabling Service is responsible for the planning of the academic timetable process and allocation of centrally bookable space across 11 faculties (300,000+ hours of teaching each academic year). The department also supports timetabled ac tivities outside of teaching, such as institutional level events and estates room improvement programs.
