The Finance Division is currently undertaking an ambitious multi-year transformation programme, introducing new systems and ways of working through to 2027 and beyond. This has led to new opportunities for multiple Accounting Services Team Leaders roles on a fixed term basis until 31 December 2027.
The Finance Division is seeking three Team Leaders to make an impact across our key financial service functions. We are looking for a flexible, proactive leaders who thrives on variety and collaboration. In this roving role, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and the Finance Helpdesk -bringing consistency and support wherever it's needed most. If you enjoy working across teams and driving excellence, this is the opportunity for you.
The Role
You will manage a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery. You will maintain robust financial controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, resolving escalated queries, and contributing to projects that improve systems and processes.

The University is supportive of hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment.
