The Digital Publishing and Resource Assistant plays a vital role in the Publishing team, which sits within the broader CJBS Digital team at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) and Judge Business School Executive Education Ltd (JBSEEL). The Publishing team ensures that all content created for teaching and learning meets the highest standards of quality, accessibility and compliance. This team collaborates closely with faculty, staff and project leads to support CJBS and JBSEEL’s strategic aims to deliver world-class digital education across all programmes.

 The Digital Publishing & Resource Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Supporting digital publishing workflows and manage digital assets.
  • Ensuring copyright and accessibility compliance across all content.
  • Cataloguing and tag media assets; maintain style guides and templates.
  • Auditing moodle content for quality and consistency.
  • Producing reports, monitor engagement and purchase learning materials.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrating strong organisation, IT skills and attention to detail
