About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for 12-month maternity leave post for an individual with experience in anatomy teaching to contribute to high quality delivery across the undergraduate medical curriculum and associated programmes.

The postholder will support the Deputy Head of Anatomy in maintaining innovative, clinically relevant, and student focused anatomy education, contributing to teaching excellence, digital and blended learning development, and curriculum enhancement within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Institute of Health Sciences Education is rapidly developing and offers undergraduate and Masters level education. The Institute is committed to delivering the highest quality training and has received awards for innovation, teaching and training. Through academic excellence and vital partnerships, we prepare the next generation of doctors and healthcare professionals to fulfil their potential.

About You
You should be educated to degree level in anatomy or a similar relevant field relevant professional qualification and/or equivalent professional experience. You should have experience in designing and delivering undergraduate teaching in anatomy, clinical anatomy, and related subjects, including effective use of digital and web-based educational tools. The ability to deliver teaching and assessment at undergraduate and postgraduate level with some guidance in the subject area of anatomy is essential.
