About the role:
Recruit, assess and nurture the next generation of leaders as a Recruitment & Admissions Officer (Global and Executive MBA) at a world-leading university. Imperial Business School is seeking a diligent professional to join our team and support end-to-end pipeline engagement across two of our flagship MBA programmes. You will be empowered to attract and admit exceptional candidates who will benefit business and improve society through the power of innovative thinking. This is an outward-facing role, grounded in data and driven by the robust global relationships you will build.
What you would be doing:
You will support the recruitment and admissions processes for Imperial’s Global Online and Executive MBA programmes – engaging with the full applicant journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will play a key role in shaping the composition, quality and diversity of our cohorts, ensuring a smooth, professional and engaging experience for every applicant.
You will be guided by data-driven recruitment strategies, delivering application and selection processes with rigour and efficiency, and ensuring a professional, personalised experience for every candidate. Through targeted engagement, events and communications, you will play a part in developing exceptional student cohorts that contribute to the global reputation of the programmes and the institution.
Reporting to the Recruitment & Admissions Manager (Global and Executive MBA), you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Recruitment & Admissions team, the Business School and the wider College. You will use data and insights to identify improvements, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and represent Imperial at domestic, international and online events. This people-focused role will require both analytical ability and sound professional judgement.
