We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Faculty Standards and Conducts Officer to join our dedicated team at our Greenwich campus. Reporting to the Faculty Standards and Conducts Manager, this key role will support the faculty’s academic quality processes with a particular focus on examinations, ethics, assessment misconduct, and the coordination of external examiner and invigilator processes. You will be an essential part of the faculty’s student success and governance infrastructure.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting and administering academic standards processes, including liaising with academic staff, organising ethics committee reviews, supporting assessment misconduct hearings, and quality assurance for examinations and accreditations. You will also contribute to document preparation for programme approvals and help coordinate logistics for accreditation events and committees.
This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and student-centred service. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in academic quality, compliance, or higher education administration.
