Opportunity Overview
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of the School of Health and Society, the University of Salford’s largest and most diverse School. As an Executive Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality, confidential administrative and governance support to the School Leadership Team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Executive Office.
Working as part of a collaborative professional services team, you will support a wide range of activities including leadership and committee support, governance and decision-making processes, financial administration, recruitment activity, events, and the coordination of information and documentation. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while working confidently with senior stakeholders.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with initiative, contributing to continuous improvement, and using digital tools to support efficient, high-quality services.
