Are you a Careers Consultant passionate about helping students and graduates shape fulfilling, goal-aligned careers? In this role, you'll support our students across multiple campuses. Departmental work aligned to this role may include, but is not limited to, Life Sciences, Civil Engineering, and Design Engineering. Project activity may span the full student lifecycle, from outreach and pre-entry engagement through to professional skills development, transition support, and alumni engagement. What you would be doingIn this role, you'll design and deliver engaging career workshops and events, both in-person and online, for students and alumni. Central one-to-one career guidance, mock interviews, and skills development will be key responsibilities. You'll also collaborate with employers and maintain up-to-date knowledge of international recruitment practices. Additional lead responsibility will be discussed with the successful candidate which may include oversight our Professional Skills for Employability course. Flexibility to work across campuses and occasional evening or weekend work is required.
