Job description:
We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Health & Safety for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to provide high quality administrative support within a professional services environment.
Based within Human Resources, the Department of Health & Safety plays a vital role in supporting the University’s staff, students and visitors. You will work closely with the Administration Team Lead and Health & Safety professionals to ensure the delivery of a professional, efficient and responsive service.
Using your strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, you will support day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records and assist with a range of clerical activities that help uphold the University’s reputation for excellence and compliance.
This varied role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful contribution to a collaborative and well-connected team within a large, diverse academic institution.
We are seeking candidates educated to an appropriate level with relevant administrative experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in a professional services or compliance-focused environment would be advantageous.
