We have an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service to join our team as Switchboard Operator. In this role, you will help shape the first impressions of callers to the University by delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient service.

Based at our Sheffield campus within the Business Support team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure callers receive a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. You will also provide administrative and financial support to the department, including Reception facilities, and support some University-wide services.
