The Role

Are you a visionary leader passionate about shaping the next generation of business professionals? We are looking for an experienced MBA Course Leader to guide, mentor, and inspire students through a transformative educational journey.

Our MBA program is renowned for its blend of theory and practice, equipping students with the skills needed to lead strategic projects and manage in today’s fast-evolving business landscape. As Course Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the curriculum continues to provide real-world relevance through immersive case studies, dynamic simulations, and hands-on exercises.

As the MBA Course Leader, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape Curriculum: Continuously refine and innovate the curriculum to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead a Team of Experts: Collaborate with a network of top-tier professionals and academics to deliver a world-class education.
  • Enhance Student Success: Guide students in developing leadership skills, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving, empowering them to lead in dynamic environments.

The Candidate

We are looking for a leader who can combine the intellectual rigor of an academic with the practical insight of a seasoned business professional. As the MBA Course Leader, you will be someone who:

  • Has a strong background in business leadership, with MBA or equivalent qualifications and significant industry experience.
  • Can balance theory and practice, helping students bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.
  • Possesses a vision for the future of business education, particularly in strategic leadership, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Is passionate about mentoring students, inspiring them to achieve excellence in both their academic pursuits and professional careers.
  • Has the industry connections and leadership skills to build, promote, and continually improve the MBA program.
