Our University
Ravensbourne University London is a dynamic institution at the intersection of creativity, business, and technology. Based in London’s Design District in the heart of North Greenwich, we are home to a diverse, global community in one of the world’s most vibrant business and creative hubs.
The Role
We are seeking a Market Insight Analyst to join our Planning and Insight team to drive improvements in our understanding of our markets for existing and new education provision. This isn't just crunching numbers - you'll be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision making. You will deliver actionable insights to support the development of new academic courses and programmes for both B2C (undergraduate and postgraduate students) and B2B (employers and corporate partners) audiences.
This role will be central in providing evidence to underpin the future shape of the University’s portfolio of programmes, ensuring decisions are underpinned by robust market, competitor, and audience intelligence.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a committed and self-motivated researcher, with the ability to work independently and confidently deliver insight-led recommendations.
You’ll be comfortable working to a clear brief while also showing initiative and curiosity to explore beyond the obvious. With excellent attention to detail, you will ensure data integrity and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Just as importantly, you’ll be able to communicate your findings clearly and assured—both in writing and verbally—to a range of stakeholders, from marketing teams to senior leadership.
We are looking for candidates with experience in the Higher Education sector or a related creative/commercial sector.
Your ability to translate complex information into compelling insight will make you a trusted voice in shaping the University’s future offer.
