Applications are invited for the above post to work in the Faculty of Engineering across the various UK campuses (mainly University Park).
The successful candidate will join a team providing professional administrative support to members of academic and research staff within a number of Research Groups.
Duties will involve carrying out a range of administration activities, monitoring budgets, collation and interpretation of data, dealing with emails enquiries and general office based tasks.
Candidates should have experience in a relevant role, they should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.
Excellent IT skills are essential (MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook), experience of other Enterprise (ERPs) would also be an advantage, such as UniCore, SAP or Agresso.

This is a full time (36.25 hours), Maternity Cover post until 31/12/2026; but applications from individuals seeking job share arrangements are welcome.
