Our culture empowers people to achieve this aim and to collectively, and individually, make a real difference.
The role
In this role, you will maintain comprehensive oversight of placement-related expenditure and NHS England tariff funding allocations. You'll develop and manage robust IT tools and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring consistently high standards of accuracy. Supporting accreditation processes will be key as you compile critical reports and maintain quality monitoring systems. You'll also coordinate payments to clinical placement providers and work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the Faculty and University.
About you
We're looking for a proactive, methodical individual with excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and experience working with databases. You should have proven administrative experience and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The ability to work flexibly, multi-task, and utilise initiative in dealing with issues is essential. Experience with the SITS student database system and knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be advantageous.
How to apply
To apply please submit a CV and cover letter. You will also be asked to address some brief questions to help us understand your suitability for the position.
