We are looking to appoint a talented Marketing Events, Design and Brand Manager to join our award-winning, fast-paced Marketing team.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee Norland’s key marketing events, including open days; design, development and production of Norland’s promotional materials including the prospectus, Code of Professional Responsibilities, Norland Now, graduation programmes, merchandise, advertising and social media assets; design, development and appropriate use of Norland’s templates and brand assets. You will also be responsible for marketing events and design plans to meet student recruitment targets and to protect and advance Norland’s brand reach and presence.

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of marketing communications and design, and experience of design software, managing marketing events and/or public relation activities, and working with external agencies. You must hold a Marketing qualification at degree or equivalent level (the equivalent in work experience is acceptable, however, you must demonstrate a willingness to undertake further study).
You’ll bring a creative mindset full of fresh ideas and a drive to continually enhance our marketing communication channels and processes. You’ll be a proactive self-starter who builds strong working relationships, stays highly organised and consistently meets deadlines with accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. A flexible, positive approach and a friendly, approachable manner are essential to thriving in this role.
