The School of Mathematics and Statistics at University College Dublin is seeking to appoint a temporary Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Mathematics. The successful candidate will be offered a specified purpose appointment covering a permanent member of staff (estimated duration: 3 years). Preference will be given to applicants whose research is in the area of probability, although applicants from all areas of Mathematics are invited to apply.
The UCD College of Science, to which the School of Mathematics and Statistics belongs, is undergoing an exciting transformation under the guiding principle of data in science science in data.
Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Above the Bar) Salary Scale: €65,401 - €103,564 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
