The Performance & Compliance Officer is responsible for developing and implementing robust performance monitoring and compliance frameworks across maintenance and engineering services. The role ensures statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance while driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This includes producing performance dashboards, managing risk assessments, and overseeing mandatory training and safety compliance to maintain a safe, efficient, and sustainable estate.
