About the role
This role provides comprehensive administrative support for the delivery of teaching and assessment activities within Phase 1. Working as part of the School Office team, the postholder will coordinate a range of activities including module and timetable administration, maintaining online learning spaces, supporting assessment processes, monitoring student attendance, and assisting with examinations and teaching events. Acting as a key point of contact for students and staff, the role also involves managing shared inboxes, communicating important information, maintaining accurate records and systems, and ensuring that teaching and assessment activities run smoothly and in line with school procedures.
About you
You will be highly organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload in a busy environment. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will be confident acting as a first point of contact for staff and students and providing clear information and guidance. You will have excellent attention to detail and good IT skills, with the ability to work across a range of systems and maintain accurate records. The role requires someone who can work collaboratively as part of a team, manage competing priorities, and provide reliable administrative support to ensure teaching and assessment activities run smoothly.
