About the Role
This is an exciting chance to join a leading UK university in a key operational position that keeps our campus moving. As our Parking & Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our parking and transport services run smoothly, efficiently and sustainably.
You’ll take ownership of our paperless permit system, oversee student and staff parking, and work closely with transport partners including bus operators, EV suppliers and micro mobility providers. You’ll also support the University’s sustainable future travel plan and provide first‑line supervision to a Parking Warden and a Transport Customer Liaison Officer.
This role is hands‑on and varied — one day you may be analysing parking data or improving processes, the next you could be meeting external partners or responding to operational needs across campus. The post sits within Security Services and is supported by the Security senior management team.
This is a full‑time, permanent role, working 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at the Claverton Down campus. Some remote working is possible by agreement, and occasional visits to off‑campus sites will be required.
