This team sits within the Directorate of Global Engagement, Marketing & Recruitment and plays a pivotal role in supporting the University’s strategic priorities for internationalisation and outward engagement.

The team is responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of high‑impact projects designed to advance the University’s global partnership and international recruitment objectives. Through the development and stewardship of strategic collaborations around the world, the team works to strengthen the University’s global presence and extend its reach into key international markets. A key focus of this work is to enhance international fee income by cultivating sustainable recruitment pipelines, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships, and expanding the University’s academic and commercial activity across priority regions.

The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the University and with external stakeholders, including government bodies, funding agencies, institutional partners, agents, and alumni, to advance both recruitment and partnership outcomes.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 7 salary scale, £47,389 - £56,535 per annum, with placement according to qualifications and experience.
