About the Role
This position provides research support for grant management and audits for Academic and research staff in the department. The job will entails providing comprehensive administrative support for one of our large research groups including their conference, workshops, and travel requirements. The post-holder will work closely with the Department’s senior academic and administrative staff including the Head of Department and Director of Operations.
This is a busy and varied post which requires a person who can multi-task and work to deadlines. The post involves a high level of interaction with staff of all levels, and the post-holder must combine a professional approach with a friendly and welcoming manner.
This is a full-time permanent position. An agreed schedule will be set as the standard working pattern; however, flexibility regarding onsite days and working hours may be required on occasion by prior arrangement.
