This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. The Charlie Waller Institute require senior administrative support for their clinical training programmes and a liaison with national service leads. You will work closely with the Director of Training within the unit.

You will have:

  • Proven administrative and problem-solving skills in complex working environment
  • Ability to communicate confidently with staff, students, and professionals, providing a high level of customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently, proactively seeking support and solutions, and as part of a wider team
  • A DBS check is required for this position

Interviews will take place on 14 May 2026. As part of the interview process, you will be sent a pre-task in advance, which must be completed and returned prior to the interview date.
