The Governance and Compliance Division (GCD) is seeking a high-performing and enthusiastic administrator to join us as a Governance Coordinator to cover a colleague's absence. This internal secondment or fixed-term position is an ideal early career development opportunity for a university professional eager to learn how the University of Cambridge is governed.
As the Governance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enabling the University's top decision-making bodies to function effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that essential committee-related administrative processes operate smoothly, to deadline, and to a high professional standard. You will manage essential governance processes, handle high-level administrative support, and act as a key point of contact for senior officers, including the Vice-Chancellor and Pro-Vice-Chancellors.

Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term until 31 March 2027 or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.
