We’re seeking individuals with: 

• A first degree in a relevant subject and NMC registration as a nurse in the UK 
• Substantial experience in CYP nursing practice 
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• A desire to drive innovation in teaching, practice, and research 
• A teaching qualification and higher degree (essential for senior lecturer applicants, desirable for lecturer level) 
• Additional clinical qualifications (preferred) If you're committed to excellence in nursing education and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing, impactful department, we want to hear from you.
