We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Tutor (Professional Skills & Employability) to join Roehampton Education Services Limited (RESL), part of the University of Roehampton Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of the University's Professional Experience Year (PEY), supporting students to maximise the value of professional experience as part of their academic journey. You will design and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching focused on employability, professional skills and workplace learning, helping students prepare for, undertake and reflect upon experiences that enhance their career readiness and graduate outcomes.

Working primarily with PEY students, you will contribute to outstanding student outcomes through effective teaching, assessment, module leadership and academic support. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to wider employability and professional skills activity across the School portfolio.

You will be an enthusiastic educator with experience of work-integrated learning, employability and/or workplace learning within Higher Education. You will be confident in delivering engaging learning experiences, facilitating reflective practice and supporting students to recognise and communicate the skills they develop through professional experience.

You will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across academic and professional services teams, and be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students at a pivotal stage of their development. Whether you have experience supporting placements, internships or other forms of work-based learning, or are seeking an opportunity to contribute to a growing programme focused on employability and graduate success, we would love to hear from you.
