Are you an organised, hands-on administrator looking for a permanent, full-time role in a supportive and intellectually stimulating teaching environment?
The Department of Archaeology is delighted to invite applications for an Undergraduate Administrator to join its friendly, close knit team supporting teaching and admissions activity.
About the role
This varied and rewarding role places you at the heart of the undergraduate experience, acting as the first point of contact for our Archaeology students, as well as supporting a wider community of borrowing students from other departments.
You will be working collaboratively with academic and professional colleagues, and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of undergraduate teaching and assessment, the coordination of examinations, and the successful organisation of fieldtrips and fieldwork training.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students, thrives in a supportive team environment, and takes pride in delivering high quality administrative support.
